Revenue Model
Transaction model for each valid person surveyed from a data partner.
InsightzClub pays 8 USD for each person surveyed to the suppliers and sells it at 11 USD (28% margin) for every person surveyed. The selling price of InsightzClub is still lower than the market average of 14 USD per person surveyed. An average study consists of approximately 300 samples/people to be surveyed which translates to a value of approx 3300 USD per project.

Use of Funds
62% of the investment would be used for manpower hiring costs (hiring 5 pax - Regional Sales Director, Customer Success Managers, Full Stack Engineers & Operations Manager). The headcount will grow from 4 pax to 9 pax.
15% of the investment would be used for marketing costs (international business development costs, marketing subsidies for new customers, conference & event marketing costs)
15% of the investment would be used for tech licensing costs (survey tool annual licensing costs, licensing costs for API, additional outsourced tech manpower)
8% of the investment would be used for finance and general costs (office in Singapore and Malaysia)
How We're Different
Team
The two Co-Founders have senior leadership experience in working across various segments in the consumer insights (both buyers and suppliers) sector, spanning top market research and media agencies, analytics consulting and consumer brands. They have worked in companies like Nielsen, Rocket Internet/Lazada, Kantar, IPG Mediabrands and many more.The CTO has more than 20 yrs of experience in product and technology management. The team has graduated from top schools globally like London School of Economics (LSE) and INSEAD.
