Who can invest with FundedHere?
Investing is only open to accredited investors (as defined under Singapore law). You qualify if you meet at least one of these: • You have over SGD 2 million in personal assets • You have over SGD 1 million in financial assets (after deducting any liabilities) • Your annual income is at least SGD 300,000 • You’re a company with over SGD 10 million in net assets
How do I get returns or payouts?
You don’t need to wait until maturity. As merchants sell their inventory, we collect their sales proceeds and pass the repayments (minus fees) directly to you. It’s a rolling return model — payouts come in as sales happen.
Is my capital guaranteed?
No — like all investments, there’s risk involved. You could lose part or all of your capital and any unpaid interest. That said, we do have safeguards in place (see below).
What’s the junior investment buffer?
Think of it as a safety cushion. Up to 10% of potential losses are covered by this buffer before investor returns are affected. But it’s not a guarantee — losses beyond that 10% can still impact your capital.
Are there fees for investors?
Yes, we charge a small platform fee depending on the deal. But don’t worry — it’s clearly disclosed up front and already factored into your net returns.
